Sign up (free for one project), create a project and open it. You need two values from the project page: the public key used in the embed snippet and the API key under "API access".
In LaunchNotes, an admin turns on the feed under Settings → API & RSS ("Enable RSS Feed"); the feed URL is shown there. LaunchNotes' feed contains announcement excerpts with a link to the full post, so the importer brings over titles, dates and excerpts.

Because the feed carries excerpts, open your most important imported entries in the Fizlog dashboard and paste the full text. For a private feed, use the token-protected URL LaunchNotes shows in the same settings screen.
Run the importer with --dry-run first to see every entry it found, then run it again without the flag. Entries keep their original dates and are imported silently, so no webhook or subscriber email fires for old posts.
The importer is a single PHP file with no dependencies — download fizlog-import.php or read it on the guides page.

Replace the LaunchNotes widget code in your app with the Fizlog script tag. Without data-selector the widget shows as a small button in the corner; with it, the bell renders inside an element you choose.

Redirect your old LaunchNotes page (or the custom domain pointing at it) to your Fizlog public page at fizlog.com/p.php?key=YOUR_PUBLIC_KEY — Fizlog doesn't host custom domains — and update links in your app, docs and emails.
Open your app and the public page, confirm the entries look right, and only then cancel your LaunchNotes subscription.
LaunchNotes' RSS feed includes excerpts, not full posts. Edit the entries that matter in the Fizlog dashboard.
Categories become Fizlog types when they contain "fix" or "improvement"; everything else is New. Roadmap items stay in LaunchNotes.

Possibly — LaunchNotes has an API, but its export fields depend on your plan. Check your plan's export options, save the posts as JSON ([{title, body, date, type}]) and run the importer's json mode.
